A. The Vardhman Developers is a part of well known group "The Rishabh Velveleen", pioneer in fields of Industries, development, education and social sector, backed by renowned industrialist Mr. U.C. Jain and Rishabh Jain.

Q. Has the project been approved by Haridwar Development authority (H.D.A.) ?
A. Yes. It has been duly approved by HDA and is the biggest township that has been approved by HDA so far.

Q. What is the scale of the township?
A. This is the largest integrated township approved by HDA and it sprawls over an area of more than 35 acres.

Q. What all approvals has the company received?
A. The company has received all the necessary approvals including registration as Habitat developers, approval for residential township under section 143 and approval by Haridwar development authority.

Q. Can we get the home loan for your project?
A. Yes. The project has been cleared from all the financial formalities by leading banks of India that includes State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, ICICI bank ,Axis bank and HDFC. The loans are available at the new reduced rates as announced in the new credit policy by the government of India.

Q. Whether the land is freehold or leased?
A. The land is freehold and is registered in the name of the developer company and therefore as soon as the registration is done with the buyer, the property is transferred and registered in the name of the buyer and he becomes the sole owner of the property.

Q. What is the difference between freehold and leased land?
A. The difference between freehold and leased land is Freehold gives the owner of that interest the exclusive right to the land for an indefinite period of time. The owner of the freehold can sell the land to anyone else. however, in case of leasehold land the property is rented for a specific period of time from the government and on the expiry of the term the land reverts back to the government. The land here always belongs to the government and the person who has leasehold never 'owns' the land. The person also has to pay lease rent every year.

A. Yes, the structure is earth quake resistant as per 'zone 4' requirement.
